This membership applies to the following situations:
Homes with no children under age 19. Up to two resident adults will be accepted.
One adult at home with dependent children.
Families with only 1 child, 2 years of age or younger, qualify for the Single Head of Household membership as children under 2 are free and not included in the family count.
