  • Yes, there is a membership fee for pool access. Your membership dues cover the cost of maintenance and operations. Our events and pool improvements are entirely from volunteers and generous donors.

  • Yes, guests are welcome. There is a fee per guest and they must be accompanied by a member at all times.

    Guest passes at the ICRC Pool are only available for use by an ICRC Pool Member.  ICRC Pool Members may bring a non-Indian Creek/non-Sleepy Hollow resident to the pool as a guest(s). 

    The ICRC Pool Member must be present at the pool to sign-in the guest(s) and a guest must be accompanied by a member for the duration of their visit to the pool.  The cost of an ICRC Pool Member guest is $5/guest/ day that must be paid upon entry.  A guest waiver must be completed and signed upon each entry as well. Indian Creek pool does not offer "day passes” for non-members. Indian Creek does offer both social (partial) and full memberships for purchase. 

    All other pool rules are applicable to the guest while using the Indian Creek Pool. 

  • Yes, certified lifeguards are on duty during all operating hours to ensure the safety of swimmers. Please follow their instructions and adhere to pool rules at all times.

  • No, unfortunately our pool was not designed for individuals with disabilities. If you have specific needs, please let us know and we will do our best to assist you.

  • Outside food and drinks are permitted. However, glass containers are not allowed to keep the pool area clean and safe for everyone. If you run out of snacks, our snack shack has you covered!

  • Yes, our recently paved driveway and parking lot are available for pool patrons.

  • Yes, children who have passed the swim test and completed 5th grade may be unaccompanied. However, they must have completed 8th grade if babysitting or accompanying younger children.

  • Yes, the pool sometimes closes if thunderstorms, sustained rainfall, cold temps, or poor attendance happen. Sign up for our text alerts to stay in the loop.

  • Yes, we keep lost and found items whenever possible. ICRC is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

  • While pets are not allowed during the summer season, we do reserve time each fall for our annual dog swim!

Rules

  • Treat fellow swimmers, volunteers and lifeguards with respect and kindness. Let's make our pool a friendly and welcoming environment for everyone.

  • Always follow the instructions of lifeguards and pool staff. No running or roughhousing around the pool area to prevent accidents. No diving is permitted from the pool’s edge.

  • Help us keep the pool area clean and enjoyable for everyone by properly disposing of trash and cleaning up after yourself.

  • Parents or guardians, please keep an eye on your children at all times, especially those who are not strong swimmers. Please ensure that there is an unobstructed view of the kiddie pool area by the lifeguard on duty.

    Only children 5 and under may use the kiddie pool. If not toilet trained, they are required to use waterproof swimwear when using the pool.

  • For safety reasons, please refrain from bringing glass containers into the pool area. Opt for plastic or other non-breakable containers instead.

    No food, drink or gum is allowed in the pool. Food and beverages may be consumed on the deck or grass areas.

  • Always follow the instructions of lifeguards and pool staff. Only one diver at a time, no unattached flotation devices, and please avoid excessive bouncing on the board.

    If there is not adequate lifeguard coverage present to ensure safe monitoring of the diving well in addition to the remaining pool areas, the diving well will be closed. This is for the safety of our members and guests.

  • Babysitters who have completed the 8th grade will be allowed to watch children of any age. They must sign in at the desk with their information and an emergency phone number for the parents.

  • No pets are allowed in the pool complex and bikes must be kept outside of the fence in the bike rack. The cost of any property damage shall be charged to the responsibile members.

Violations of rules and regulations may result in loss of pool privileges, as management deems appropriate. These rule and regulations may be revised and ICRC may establish additional rules at any time.
